Keratosis palaris?

i have red dots on the back of my legs, my thighs and my upper arms. i did some research and found out that it could be keratosis palaris. any creams or anything that can get rid of it?

Keratosis palaris?
Keratosis Pilaris is a skin disease that 50% of the world's population has. Moisturizer helps (I recommend cocoa butter), as does a small amount of sunlight. Thus, your skin will improve somewhat in the coming summer months. I think there is also a new treatment out that contains urea(not the pee sort) that helps exfoliate and smooth the skin. Ask your dermotologist about it.
Reply:i have it too! and i used eucerin intensive cream. it works so well. you an get it at a pharmacy anywher for only like 8bucks. and dont get the lotion. its different. the way to use it is to put alot of lotion on at night and carefully put long sleep pants on. thent then the next morning, rub it like you are exfoliating it and alot of dead skin cells and the stuff clogging your pores (the red dots) will go away! it totally works! do it a few times to get all of it off and continue doing it to get avoid keratosis pilaris! yeah!
Reply:I have the same thing. There is no "cure"... keeping moisturized with anything helps. There are a few resource groups if you search that term online.
