I don't want to buy anything expensive or offline but i have keratosis piaris on the skin of my triceps and a few circular scars from popping the bumps. Anyone know of a way to get rid of the bumps and even out my skintone?

I also have this and I'm only 15. My doctor gave me some urea cream and it helped for a bit, but then it stopped working. So I tried using extra strength moisturizing lotion and so far it's working, but it might stop again like the urea cream did. The best thing to do is consult your doctor and ask him what would work for you. Good luck!
