Keratosis pilaris on upper arms and possibly cheeks?

Im 25 years old, I have what I believe to Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms. I also think I might have it on my cheeks as well. For a while I have been thinking it is rosacea, but Im not sure. If it is KP, is there a cream or something out there that can be used on BOTH arms and face?

I suggest consulting a dermatologist to avoid irritating your skin further. Facial skin is more sensitive.

Reply:I have this on my upper arms as well. It is only noticable when i do physical activity. Not nice is it? I asked my doc about this and he saud if you go to a pharmacy, there is a cream that reduces the appearance of it. Not sure if it is suitable for the face, but see you pharmasist or doctor just to be sure, as it is a kind of acid
