Are Laser treatment or surgeries work for Keratosis Pilaris?

I have Keratosis Pilaris on my legs for the past two years. I've tried so many dermo suggested creams, drink a lot of water, and take vitamins but nothing seems to work.

I'm thinking about getting a Lesar Treatment or a surgery. Do you think it would work?

Are Laser treatment or surgeries work for Keratosis Pilaris?
Keratosis pilaris is a skin condition that appears as small pimples that have a dry ''sandpaper'' feeling. They are usually white but can be red and they do not itch or hurt. They are caused when skin cells plug skin pores. It is common in teenagers.

Treatment is not necessary as the problem usually disappears before the age of 30. You should take long baths (not showers) using a brush or buf-puf on the affected areas. After drying, cream should be applied. Creams of choice are Acid mantle, vaseline, complex 15, curel or lacticare. Sometimes, antibiotics will help.

There is no surgery for keratosis pilaris and laser treatment has had very disappointing results so I honestly think you will have problems finding a doctor willing to perform it. The majority of doctors will recommend the baths with scrubbing and cream.
