Hi. I have keratosis pilaris. Although, the bumps are gone, i still have scars, all over my legs and arms. My skin tone is very dark, and the scars show up as beige. Is there anyways I can make them disapear, or at least less visible.

try vitamin A and D ointment - the type for baby bottoms.
The Vitamin D is very good to apply to KP.
My boss had it really bad and swears by it for just that reason.
