i think i have Keratosis Pilaris ..i no it cant be cured bbut what can i do to help get rid of the red spots on my legs?!xxxx
How do you get rid of "chicken skin"(Keratosis Pilaris) ??
My teenage son has the same condition but on his back. Our dermatologist will gave him some medication to take and some oitment to rub on them. But once it gets better, i swap all his shampoos and show gel etc to something very light like Dove or Johnson as the dermatologist advise. He seems much betterr now.
Reply:i have it on my upper arms i hate it too!!! i use a body wash with saylic acid in it and apply those creams that get rid of pimples to the area and a gentle moisturizer ( i like baby lotion from johnson and johnson) and that has worked for me..dont scrub or pick at it cuz that makes it worse!! good luck
